Our new phone system is phenomenal! It's integrated with the computer. It's all Web-based. When someone you want to reach in the office is on the phone, you can see that on your computer. There's a chat feature in the office, you can send text messages to cell phones right from your computer. It does conference calls without having to go to a third party which can be very expensive. If you want to have a satellite office, you only have to buy the phone.

Out of all the decisions we made with our move, going with the new phone system from Total Networks was the best decision we made. It integrates well with our office systems and makes us more efficient.  I just click a button to automatically dial contacts out of Prolaw or Outlook.

I personally handle a great deal of technical issues directly, so the Support Assist program is a perfect fit for us. When it makes sense for me to handle something, I do it. Whenever I need some help, or I’m busy, or unavailable, Total Networks has us covered. They provide a very cost-effective solution that includes comprehensive system monitoring and powerful system admin tools including a great remote control PC support solution. We have attorneys in multiple states and others that are often on the road. An effective and efficient support system is critical for us. Using Total Networks’ system inventory tools, systems can’t just “walk off” without my knowing. The most important part of our relationship, of course, is the people. Total Networks has great people that are easy to get a hold of 24x7. I’m very happy with the support we get from Total Networks.
