The Total Networks management system called “Streamline IT” is a tool that can assist your help desk and enhance productivity and efficiency.  Issues are tracked in a ticketing system utilizing your firm’s existing email protocol. Emails to the help desk and all replies are automatically tracked.  Your staff (and everyone on the Total Networks team if desired) has access to the helpdesk emails.  You will retain complete control over your IT service issues and decide when tickets get escalated to the Total Networks’ team. Your IT Department will have immediate access to additional IT services whenever and wherever they need them.
