What types of things does your monitoring detect?
A: Our state-of-the-art monitoring system alerts us to a wide variety of detailed information about your network. Total Networks has the ability to specify which instances warrant an alert to our technical experts. With the Taskfire component, your IT staff can be alerted as well. Examples of warnings we receive include:
- Internet is down.
- There is a power failure.
- Backups have not been successful.
- Your Exchange server is reaching capacity.
- The server is not responding.
These alerts enable our engineers to respond immediately to issues, allowing us to solve them before you even realize there is a problem. It’s much nicer to come into the office at 8 AM with systems up and running rather than finding out the server crashed at 5 AM unbeknownst to anyone.
If I engage in your services, what is my commitment?
We understand that our service level is what enables us to maintain you as a client, not a long term contractual commitment. We must earn your business every day. That’s why we stand behind a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We will do whatever it takes to make you happy. You deserve complete satisfaction with our products and services.
I am currently working with another IT provider. What is the Total Networks Advantage?

Our engineers are clearly established technical experts in their field and also expert communicators. The best tools in the industry proactively monitor our clients’ systems and correct potential issues before they result in a problem. Additionally, our proactive planning process allows us to efficiently review our clients’ business objectives, assess all potential technology risk issues, and jointly maintain a clear 36-month budget and plan.
I already have an IT Department. Why should I consider your services?
Total Networks serves many professional businesses that have in-house IT staff. There are several advantages to teaming with a trusted technology advisor:
- We have invested in a state-of-the art monitoring system that would not be economical for an individual company to purchase. Your IT staff could take advantage of this valuable tool, called Taskfire, that helps your IT staff implement a ticketing and accountability tracking system.
- Teaming with Total Networks provides additional support for your staff during unusually busy times, such as moves, or when your staff is out of the office due to illness or vacation.
- Total Networks offers your firm a strategic technology provider to consult with for specialized technical questions that arise occasionally.
