Dave Kinsey

President

Dave leads the strategic direction of Total Networks, helping clients align IT investments with long-term business value. A recognized voice in IT security and compliance, he serves on the State Bar of Arizona’s Technology Advisory Group and regularly speaks for organizations including the State Bar and American Health Law Association. Before Total Networks, Dave led technology at Inter-Tel, supporting the company’s growth from $100M to $460M in annual revenue before its acquisition by Mitel. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Northwestern University.

Stephanie Kinsey

Chief Executive Officer

As CEO, Stephanie leads Total Networks with a focus on operational excellence, client service, and strategic execution. She also serves as the firm’s Security Officer, directing efforts to achieve and maintain Security Trustmark accreditation. Stephanie’s leadership has been recognized by Titan 100 and Arizona’s Top Business Leaders. Before Total Networks, she was a senior project manager and owner at CMX, a Phoenix-based civil engineering firm. Stephanie holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Northwestern University and is a registered Professional Engineer.

Tony Fiorentin

VP, Technical Service

Tony brings nearly 30 years of technical consulting and management experience to his role at Total Networks, where he oversees technical operations, leads security control implementation, and coaches technical team leaders. Tony plays a key role in project delivery and ongoing client support, and collaborates with the executive team on company-wide security and compliance initiatives. Before joining Total Networks, Tony was Manager of U.S. Network and Systems at Mitel. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Western International University.

Jon Tucker

VP, Client Service

Jon leads the Client Services team at Total Networks, overseeing proactive Business Technology Reviews that help clients plan, align, and secure their IT environments. His team focuses on building long-term relationships, maintaining clear communication, and keeping IT strategy aligned with each organization’s goals. Jon has more than a decade of experience in service and account management, including his prior role as a sales executive in the sports industry. He holds a B.A. from the University at Buffalo.
