Please note: Total Networks is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) and does not typically collect, store, or control the personal data of our clients’ customers. In instances where we do maintain or access data solely to support our clients’ infrastructure and services, such as for legal, regulatory, or troubleshooting purposes, such data remains the property of the client. If your request concerns data maintained by one of our clients, we will notify you accordingly and, where applicable, forward your request to the appropriate client point of contact or direct you to them so your rights can be addressed appropriately.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.

Total Networks takes your privacy seriously, and we are committed to full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Total Networks may provide convenient communication through its 10DLC messaging service. By voluntarily providing your mobile telephone number to Total Networks, you consent to receive text messages such as service updates, important notifications, and occasional offers directly to your device.

Message Delivery
Message delivery may be affected by network or carrier conditions outside the control of Total Networks. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages, and Total Networks cannot accept liability for such issues.

Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with us. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile service provider for details on any charges that may apply to sending or receiving text messages.

Opt-In and Opt-Out
By submitting your mobile number through your account manager, a support ticket, or another designated method, you are opting in to receive text messages from Total Networks.
You may opt out at any time by:

  • Replying “STOP” to any of our messages

  • Replying “HELP” for assistance

  • Contacting your account manager

  • Submitting a support ticket

Privacy and Security

Service Changes
Total Networks reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the text messaging service at any time, with or without prior notice.

Consent and Agreement
By providing your mobile number and opting into this service, you acknowledge and agree to this SMS/Text Messaging Policy and Terms.

Protecting Children's Privacy

Total Networks does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

Users and Visitors from Outside the United States

Total Networks does not knowingly collect any personal information from any person or entity who is not a resident of the United States.

We do not collect, store, or use any personal information from any resident of the European Economic Area (EE), Switzerland, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, the United Kingdom, or any county other than the United States.

Internet-Based Advertising and Do Not Track Signals

Total Networks does not use external or third-party advertising on www.totalnetworks.com  or any other company site. Total Networks does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals from your browser or device.
